I always feel like pomegranates take so much effort to cut and prep that it isnt worth it unless you just buy the seeds :s

Though, sometimes something that offers huge health benefits is worth the calories and effort...just a thought.

Sending you many positive vibes and wishing you all of the best.

There are lots of good healthy fruits and vegetables out there with great health benefits, so if you don't like Pomegranates, then definitely don't go there...so many more yummy fruits available. My weakness is grapes ;-)

Sending you many positive vibes and wishing you all of the best.

Grapes are mine too. I always freeze mine and then eat them. Its like having a popsicle or something. And then i end up eating them slower and therefore dont eat as much.
